COOPANS Programme Director has again hosted and conducted a lean-agile training (Leading SAFe), this time for the members of COOPANS Programme Board and selected staff from Implementation pillar and SESAR2020.

It was two intense days in how COOPANS should go agile with the next generation of TopSky.
COOPANS Programme Director, Mikael Eriksson from Naviair says;
"I have had two great days in Copenhagen to train colleagues and friends from COOPANS in Leading SAFe 5.1. Some of them where flying in from Portugal, Croatia, Irland and Austria. We had really great discussions how to develop the next generation ATM system with lean-agile methods. My goal, as Programme Director for this complex Programme, that it is to be operational by 2027/2028."
