COOPANS SESAR3 Core team did this week conduct at lean-agile training.

It was two intense days full with very interesting discussions how COOPANS should go agile with the next generation of TopSky.
The training was based on scaled agile framework (Leading SAFe) and head trainer was Kasper Dannefer from PA Consulting and co-trainer was Mikael Eriksson from Naviair.
