Meeting in Dublin, the COOPANS Alliance Board assessed progress on key Alliance programmes and discussed the strategic priorities that will shape the next phase of cooperation between the six ANSP partners.

Particular attention was given to the TopSky ATC One programme. The Board reviewed the current status of implementation activities, reflecting the importance of the programme for the future evolution of the common COOPANS platform. Progress within the EXODUS project and related technical activities were also assessed.

Beyond programme delivery, the discussions covered operational performance, system capacity developments and the implementation of European regulatory requirements, including CP1 and preparations for future initiatives.

Another important topic was collaboration beyond the Alliance itself. Updates were provided on A6 activities, SESAR developments and ongoing engagement with European stakeholders, highlighting the need for a coordinated voice on future ATM priorities.

The second day included talks with industry partner Thales on the status of TopSky ATC One, as well as an exchange on potential future cooperation opportunities.

The meeting concluded with agreement on the next steps for the main strategic initiatives and reaffirmed the commitment of all partners to continue delivering common solutions through the COOPANS framework.
