The gathering provided an important opportunity to reflect on the Alliance’s achievements and to engage in a strategic discussion on how to further evolve the cooperation and its governance.

The goal is to ensure that COOPANS continues to act as a modern alliance and a role model within Europe, capable of addressing current and future challenges.

A central topic of the meeting was the modernisation of the ATM system towards TopSky ATC One, a key driver for efficiency, safety, and sustainability in European aviation. Particular attention was given to EXODUS, a European flagship programme designed to support ATM transformation. By aligning on priorities and committing to timely implementation, the Alliance reaffirmed its ambition to remain at the forefront of technological progress.
